1. About us

This website is operated by Echelon Partners Real Estate L.L.C. (“Echelon Partners”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a real estate brokerage incorporated in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism and registered with the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) under broker number 58723.

2. Acceptance

By accessing this website or engaging Echelon Partners in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website or our services.

3. Services

We provide off-plan property advisory and brokerage services in respect of real estate located in the United Arab Emirates. All transactions are executed in accordance with Law No. 7 of 2006 concerning Real Property Registration in the Emirate of Dubai, Law No. 13 of 2008 regulating the Interim Real Estate Register, Law No. 8 of 2007 concerning Real Estate Development Escrow Accounts, and Bylaw No. 85 of 2006 regulating the Real Estate Brokers’ Register.

4. No offer or financial advice

The information on this website, including project names, prices, payment plans, areas and developer details, is provided for general information only and does not constitute an offer, invitation to treat, financial advice, investment advice or a recommendation to purchase any property. All particulars are subject to verification, change without notice and the issuance of a formal reservation form and sale & purchase agreement by the relevant developer.

5. Accuracy of information

While we take reasonable care, we do not warrant that information about properties — including renderings, areas, prices, handover dates or amenities — is accurate, complete or current. Investors must conduct independent due diligence, including verification of developer permits, escrow account status, Oqood registration and project completion percentages with the DLD before committing funds.

6. Client obligations & KYC

As a RERA-licensed broker we are required to comply with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2018 on Anti-Money Laundering and implementing regulations. You agree to provide accurate identification documents, source-of-funds declarations and any other information we reasonably request, and to update us if such information changes.

7. Fees & commissions

Commissions, agency fees and any payable charges will be agreed in writing prior to the execution of a reservation form or sale & purchase agreement, in line with RERA practice. Government fees (including the 4% DLD transfer fee, Oqood registration and trustee fees) are payable by the purchaser unless otherwise agreed.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, brand names and the “Echelon Partners” mark — is owned by or licensed to Echelon Partners Real Estate L.L.C. and is protected under UAE Federal Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyrights and Neighbouring Rights. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our prior written consent.

9. Third-party content

The website may contain references to or imagery from third parties, including property developers. Such references do not constitute an endorsement, partnership or agency relationship beyond that disclosed in writing.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Echelon Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on any information contained on it. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Communications

By contacting us via WhatsApp, email, phone or web form, you consent to receive responses through the same channels and to the recording and retention of such communications for compliance and quality purposes.

13. Amendments

We may amend these Terms at any time. The updated version takes effect from the date of publication on this website. Continued use of the site or our services constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

14. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
